Our Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When a user submits sensitive information, the information is protected both online and offline. Where our registration/order form requires sensitive information (such as a purchasing services), that information is encrypted with SSL, the best encryption software in the industry. While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked or open.

We request user information on our order forms and referral program registration. A user may be asked to provide contact information (e.g. name and shipping address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill orders. If we have difficulty processing an order, the contact information is used to contact the customer.

Hostineer Control Panel (Launchpad) -- Server Side

Key authentication checks are made between the Launchpad redistributed application and the root server to ensure validity of keys. The IP of the redistributor will be sent along with the key to either validate or invalidate your key. Only the key and IP address are sent per validation process which occurs at random intervals. Also an automatic update notification step may be disabled and enabled through the "Appliance Administrator" login portion of the Launchpad. Only the current version of the control panel is sent to the root server and can be disabled through the options.
